Josh Feldman is a long-time friend of e Search and he recently started his own newsletter. Josh told me he wanted to write about something interesting and germane to the Northeast Ohio Business Community. I think he nailed it. We’re proud to add Josh’s Newsletter to our blog, it’s well done and he’s a great guy. By the way, Josh is a CPA, CFE & CVA. There’s a super article on the Medical Mart included.

There are many industries and companies for us to blame for the current economic crisis, but for some reason, the thing that irks me most is when members of our governments executive branch lead the finger pointing. Senators & Congressman, few with any tangible or relevant experience in the business world that would remotely make them qualified, are creating economic policy and taking corporate executives to task over business ethics.

The growth of the worlds population and advances in technology are mind-boggling. I watch the documentary’s on Discovery Channel or National Geographic in amazement. There are new scientific discoveries daily. There are discoveries about space and our universe, our planet and medicine; The explosion of social networking and the ability to share the most complex information almost instantaneously with anyone in the world has changed the landscape of the future. The exponential growth of knowledge and access to that information is beyond our parents wildest dreams.

I believe, now more than ever, the best education we can give our children is the ability to become a lifelong learner. To instill them with the ability to adjust and adapt, to embrace technology, and to learn to utilize technology to solve simple everyday problems.
